It is important to us that you use your candles correctly. Please ensure you have read all information provided before making your purchase to ensure your safety and to get the best performance from your candle.

CANDLE CARE

  1. Never leave a burning candles unattended. 

  2. Burn candles within sight. 

  3. Burn candles out of reach of children and pets. 

  4. Remove all packaging before burning. 

  5. Always leave at least 10cm between burning candles. 

  6. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. 

  7. Only burn this candle on a level heat resistant surface. 

  8. Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours at a time. 

  9. Do not allow the flame to touch the glass.  

  10. Glass may become hot during use. 

  11. Extinguish when 5mm of wax remains and do not relight.

  12. On the first burn, always burn for 3-4 hours to ensure an even melt pool. 

  13. Ensure the wick is upright, above the wax and central before the wax sets. 

  14. Always trim the wick to 5mm before lighting to avoid smoking and damage to the glass.

  15. Manufacturer and seller are not responsible for misuse of any products.

  1. Carefully remove the stopper cap from the bottle and insert the reeds into the bottle. The oil will gradually be absorbed by the reeds and will diffuse into the air. This may take a few days. We recommend turning the reeds every so often.

  2. Flammable liquid and vapour. 

  3. Do not light reeds.

  4. Do not ingest. 

  5. Keep out of reach of children and pets. 

  6. People suffering from perfume sensitivity should be cautious when using this product. 

  7. Use gloves when handling used reeds. 

  8. Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. 

  9. Do not place the diffuser directly onto polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces or on electrical equipment, wipe up any spillage immediately.

  10. We suggest always using a coaster when placing on the above types of surfaces.

DIFFUSER CARE

When setting up your diffuser there are a few important points you must know. Please ensure you have read all information provided before making your purchase to ensure your safety and to get the best performance from your diffuser.

MELTS & WARMERS

Simply snap off a piece of your bar or choose one or two individual melts depending on your preference of strength and place in a clean,  dry wax warmer and light an unscented 4hr tea light below.

  2. Melts are not for consumption.

  3. Place warmer on a level heat resistant surface.

  4. Use within sight.

  5. Warmer may become hot during use.

  6. Please note: oil burners are not suitable for wax melts and 4hr tea lights must be used. 

CLP & SDS INFORMATION

It is important to that ensure you have read all CLP information provided before you make your purchase. This can be found to the right hand side of the product along with the candle safety information.

SDS sheets can be provided on request or if you have any questions about a product then please contact us. We can sometimes provide unscented versions of our candles on request.
